We create positive change in communities through civic education, leadership development, and community engagement, with a focus on developing leaders and building community.

Executive Director & Founder
Dr. Pierce brings over 20 years of teaching, advising, and research experience to our organization. She is a highly effective facilitator, empowering people who aspire to lifelong opportunities and a voice in their community.
Andrew Pierce II, MPA
Co-Founder & Program Manager
Andrew is a dual graduate of The Ohio State University's John Glenn College of Public Affairs, holding a B.S. in Public Policy Analysis and a Master's in Public Administration. With 8+ years of experience in workshop facilitation, course design, and organizing, he joins our foundation to assist communities in reaching their highest potential.

The WORTH Foundation relies on the generous support of individuals, organizations, and corporations who are committed to civic education and community engagement.

Student Level ($5 - $20)
Provides resources for our community and school based programs focused on civic education, leadership development, and community service.
​
Teacher Level ($25)
Empowers individuals to address concerns and define opportunities in our communities by encouraging dialogue and action on topics such as education, housing, employment, and community development through our Community Conversations.

Administrator Level ($30)
Helps to prepare an individual to serve as a leader in their community by educating them on civics, governance structures, community mobilization, and leadership through our community-based Civic Education and Leadership Academy.

Mentor Level ($50)
Mobilizes 100 students to strengthen our communities and empowers them for leadership through our school-based Civic Education and Leadership Academy. We teach students hands-on lessons in civics, governance structures, community mobilization, and leadership while providing college and job site visits.

Sponsor Level ($100)
Teaches students the value and connection between civics and community engagement by providing them with instruction and materials on civics, governance, and leadership.
Servant Level ($200)
Helps provide refreshments and snacks for students during the Civic Education and Leadership Academy meetings, community service projects, and job site and college visits.
Advocate Level ($400)
Prepares students for college and career success through colleges and job sites visits.
Community Servant Level ($2,000)
Funds a job site or college visit for students in our school-based Civic Education and Leadership Academy.
